Shipping Policy

We aim to make receiving your uniforms, merchandise, and gear as smooth and timely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Processing & Production Times

All uniforms and merchandise (including sporting goods) are made-to-order. Once the order cut-off has passed:

  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for production
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email

Orders placed after the cut-off date may be subject to delays or may be held for the next production run.

Shipping Times

We use reputable courier and postal services for all deliveries across Australia. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2-7 business days for metro areas
  • 5-10 business days for regional or remote locations.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads, especially during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For bulk team orders, shipping may be included in your registration or team fee — please refer to your registration confirmation for details.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation:

  • Please contact us at admin@fourstouch.com.au with your name and tracking number.
  • We’ll investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue

Fours Touch Football is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Pick-Up (If Applicable)

In some cases, we may offer local pickup options at selected events or venues. If this applies to your order, you’ll be notified via email with pick-up instructions and dates.
